Tomato , Porkchop - Yellow Striped Beefsteak RECENT ADDITION

Solanum lycopersicum, Slightly Flattened Beefsteak, Indeterminate, An unusually named American tomato,  a beautiful lemon yellow, slightly flattened, roundish, thin-skinned, with a sweet low acid but intense tomato flavoured Medium Beefsteak with a hint of a sweet, citrus-like flavour, Then imagine as it  grows, the 8 to 12 oz. yellow tomatoes offer green striping (swirls) that ripens to great golden orange whirls around thebody,providing a striped zebra effect about the time its ready to pick. Very productive & sets large clusters of fruit at the same time.  Its thick, meaty slices are wonderful sliced on burgers (or salads) & can even be cooked into a bright & flavourful yellow tomato sauce!   SOWING - Surface-sown or covered only slightly, Don't allow to dry out but don’t overwater. Keep warm until germination (10 days approx), move to WARM bright light area. After about last frost, transplant out into protected growing pots. Plants need STAKING & side-shoots removed, . Likes a real warm Spot. Great grown outside or in, in a large container or in the garden.
