Sweet Corn , Daze (New to Us)

Zea mays, Mid & Early Season High Yielding Crop, This matures from early to mid-season & provides a smooth, sweet corn flavour without excessive sweetness. It's highly regarded for producing cobs with consistently high yields & notable for being filled to the tip to ensure maximum kernel production. Kernels are thick & deep, while the cob core remains narrow, contributing to harvesting & consumption efficiency. It demonstrates a reliable performance across diverse growing conditions but REQUIRES FULL SUN exposure to thrive.   SOWING - Early sowing indoors is best in early spring Late Feb to May, indoor or under cloches in pots with good protection, A warm windowsill is best, Sow 1.5cm deep one in each pot. Keep warm & water lightly, DO NOT OVER-WATER,  Germination approx 7-21 days. Plant out in block formation iN A SUNNY SPOT May-July, into well-cultivated, fertile soil, when frosts are over. Harvest late Aug into early autumn just as tassels turn dark brown
