A rare variegated variety of the Hardy Japanese Ginger. An herbaceous, deciduous, perennial native to Japan and southern Korea. Attractive white veining from base of each leaf. Shorter than the species. Lemon yellow flowers. Part-shade. Well drained but not too dry. Both the young shoots and flower buds are edible. Height: 70cm. Very Hardy. Priced for a 9 cm pot
