NEW TO US THIS YEAR Brassica oleracea. This Spanish heirloom produces tall tree-like stalks with edible leaves at the top. Highly productive for several years as long as the flower shoots are removed. The leaves are eaten as cooked greens. Typically used in the Spanish dish 'Caloo gallego'. Priced for a 9 cm pot. Please note these are strongly rooted plants but may have damage to some leaves at this time of year.
