Raab is, in essence, a turnip top green that makes small florets BUT THIS RAPA DOES NOT form a head; Just loads of small Florets, So, eat the florets, leaves, and stalk, or maybe make the famous dish 'orecchiete' from Puglia. Its leaves are also very nice & succulent along with really soft tender stems offering a lovely tangy mustard tone (that gives away its relation to the turnip!). Grows best in spring or Autumn, but can be grown through the summer somewhere cool. Succession plant weekly for continuous harvest. 50-55 days. Harvest before flowers open. Ht: 18-24 inches tall., Seed Count Approx - 200+ avg

SOWING - Grown pretty much like broccoli. direct seed them or use transplants. Space 12-16 in row, 12 in between rows. Set them out any time in Spring or Late Summer; Regularly harvest the Florets, stem, and leaves (Snip) like lettuce
