Broccoli , 'Calabrese' Sprouting Kodomo NEW TO US (Club Root Resistant)

Brassica oleracea var broccolo, Clubroot Resistant - Dwarf Dark Green Calabrese, (F1) What more could you ask for in a calabrese, at the top of the list, clubroot disease resistance, then its Early cropping, (harvest as early as June/July) and a reliable robust variety with a full ‘Sunday Roast’ flavour, what more is there to say, except, its also a vigorous grower,  producing compact yet dense, dark green heads from July / Aug and continuing well into the autumn.   SOWING - Sow broccoli seeds in a well-prepared seed bed from March to July at a depth of 13mm and spaced 30cm  apart. Transplant to their final positions around 5 weeks later when the seedlings have four or five leaves.  Take care when transplanting Calabrese as it resents root disturbance.
